Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables align with client expectations and deadlines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline project workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Tool Utilization: Use project management tools such as Notion, AI Table, Air Table, or Teamwork to monitor progress, assign tasks, and maintain clear documentation.
- Communication: Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams, proactively addressing any risks or challenges.
- Alignment: Ensure that project goals reflect the company’s focus on cost-effectiveness and results.
- Relationship Building: Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and team members to foster collaboration and communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency setting.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following tools: Notion, AI Table, Air Table, Teamwork (Familiarity with AI Table is a significant advantage).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
