The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging copy for email campaigns, landing pages, blog posts, and other marketing materials. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop and execute successful email marketing campaigns that captivate our audience and deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Write and edit compelling copy for email campaigns, landing pages, blog posts, and other marketing materials.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective content marketing strategies.
- Work closely with designers to produce visually appealing and impactful email campaigns.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and copywriting.
- Analyze and report on the performance of email campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to meet campaign goals.
- Build and manage the overall email marketing strategy.
- Recommend tailored marketing strategies to effectively target the audience.
- Create, test, and optimize various email lists and campaigns for success.
- Develop automation sequences and workflows.
- Determine email marketing KPIs and segment lists for timely actions.
- Develop lead generation strategies to grow the email list.
- Analyze data to gain insights and suggest improvements.
- Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and successful email promotions.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of proven experience in a similar role as a technical content marketer, copywriter, or email marketer with expertise in the marketing field.
- Proficiency in MS Word and/or other content management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Editorial mindset with the ability to anticipate audience preferences.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics.
