Job Summary

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office tasks like document handling, answering phones, and processing mail.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, travel plans, and related activities, including preparing necessary materials.
  • Maintain and update internal systems and databases.
  • Assist with communications and interactions with customers and suppliers.
  • Oversee the procurement and inventory of office supplies.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks and any emergencies that arise.

Requirements

  1. HND or Degree in administrative management, secretarial studies, or a related field is preferred.
  2. 1-2 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for experience in the medical industry.
  3. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  4. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  5. Ability to multitask, with a meticulous and responsible work approach.
