Job Description:

We’re looking for a dedicated HR Virtual Assistant to support our recruitment team. This role is perfect for a recent HR graduate who wants to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You’ll help with administrative tasks, manage recruitment, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Assist in the recruitment process from the first candidate contact to final hiring.
Manage job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and handle confidential information carefully.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents and managing calendars.
Communicate with candidates and keep them updated to ensure a positive experience.

 

Requirements:

 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Able to work 40 hours per week (172 hours per month).
  3. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with virtual communication tools.
  6. Prior experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred but not required.
