Remote Job: Growth Marketing Strategist at Reliance HMO


We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our Brand & Growth (B&G) division. You will work closely with consumer business stakeholders, the B&G team, global peers, and report to the Head of Demand Generation. In this role, you’ll create and execute marketing plans that support customer acquisition and revenue goals. This includes leading media planning and buying, running online and offline campaigns, and working with strategic partners to meet KPIs and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with different teams to execute campaigns for acquiring new customers.
  • Continuously optimize the customer acquisition process to increase conversions and sales.
  • Analyze and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of marketing efforts across various channels.
  • Manage and track the marketing budget for the consumer business.
  • Use data to improve program performance and shape future strategies.
  • Ensure transparency in planning and operations for better coordination across the organization.
  • Make decisions on program and campaign planning to support business goals.
  • Deliver programs and campaigns on time, within budget, and measure their success.
  • Monitor marketing efforts from start to finish to ensure they meet objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a media planner and strategist with a solid understanding of media buying and execution.
  • Extensive knowledge of various paid digital media channels like search and paid social, and familiarity with GA4.
  • Recent experience in running digital campaigns, preferably in a digital agency.
  • Experience with UX/UI, landing page optimization, and conversion optimization, with the ability to use content, visuals, and data to improve results.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a big plus.
  • Proven track record of boosting sales through marketing efforts.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Highly organized and able to meet deadlines.
  • Hands-on approach to developing and executing integrated campaigns.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of customer needs.
  • Ability to gather and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new techniques.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic or French is a plus.
