Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Handle the early stages of the sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, keeping information up to date.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with potential clients.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Convert leads into opportunities with strong selling and negotiation skills.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks and stay organized to maximize productivity.

Job Requirements

  • Sales Experience: At least 1 year in a sales role, ideally in a remote setting.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Driven: Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems to manage and update lead information.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and adaptability.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
